Elwood May Have Been De-throned as the Ugliest Dog but He'll Always be the Ugliest in Our Hearts

The girls met Elwood at the Pet Expo in Virginia. I wasn't sure if they were horrified or angry about his looks. (Actually they loved him but for some reason they wouldn't go near him...hmmm, I can't imagine why).
